How to approach

  1. Fill out the application below and send a tip if you would like Miss Stevie to prioritize your application.

  2. If Miss Stevie believes you are a good fit, she will respond by asking for 3-4 dates and times you will be available for a video consultation. 

  3. Following the video consultation she will ask for a photo of you holding your ID and a reference from another provider. 

  4. For sessions that are less than 2 hours, she will require a 25% deposit, otherwise she will require 50% and the rest to be paid in cash at the beginning of the session.

Miss Stevie will not perform Full Service, FTT, Fluid transmission from Sub to Dom, Switching

Cancelation Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable.

I require at least 48-hours notice for a cancelled appointment.

If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, you may transfer your deposit to a future session. The rescheduled session must occur within 14 days or the deposit is void.

Cancellations occurring less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will still require full payment for your scheduled time.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or “no-show”, any future appointments will require full payment in advance in order to book.
